Common problems

Windows says the publisher is unknown
That is SmartScreen, shown for any download without a paid publisher certificate. Click More info, then Run anyway.
The installer will not run
Easy Crop needs Windows 10 or 11. The installer refuses Windows 7 and 8.1 on purpose.
I changed the shop PC
One mobile number is bound to one PC. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move the licence to the new machine.
I paid but the licence did not extend
Renewal is by UPI inside the app. Send us the UTR from your payment app and we will verify it.
The crop looks soft when printed
Use 300 DPI while you are checking a file and 600 DPI for the final print. Cards that carry the detail go up to 900 DPI automatically.
A card type has no profile
Run it through AI Auto Detect. A detection the engine is unsure about is held for review rather than saved as a card.
