What you get

  • Exact PVC card size: the card is cut to CR80 size at the right position, not stretched.
  • 50+ government card profiles: Aadhaar, PAN (NSDL and UTI), Voter ID, Ration, Ayushman, ABHA, APAAR, e-Shram, EPFO / UAN, Driving Licence and more.
  • AI Auto Detect: for a card with no profile of its own, it finds the card edges and crops it print-ready.
  • 300 and 900 DPI output with proper colour, and the QR code kept square so it still scans.
  • Password-protected PDFs open in place, and a whole batch is cropped at a time.
  • 100% offline on Windows 10 and 11: your customer's data stays on your PC.

How it works

  1. Drop in the PDF. Add the Aadhaar, PAN, Voter or other card PDF. If it is password protected, Easy Crop asks for the password.
  2. It crops to PVC size. Easy Crop recognises the card and cuts front and back to the exact PVC card size.
  3. Save or print. Keep the cropped card, or press Direct Print to send it to your Epson card tray.

Questions shops ask

What is a PVC crop tool?

A PVC crop tool cuts a card from its PDF or scan to the exact size of a blank PVC card, so it prints correctly on the card. Easy Crop does this for Aadhaar, PAN, Voter, Ayushman and 50+ other government cards.

How do I crop an Aadhaar card to PVC size?

Open Easy Crop, drop in the Aadhaar PDF (it asks for the password if the file is protected) and it cuts the front and back to exact CR80 PVC card size. You can then save it or Direct Print it.

Does the PVC crop tool work without internet?

Yes. Easy Crop works offline on Windows 10 and 11, so your customer's documents never leave your PC.

Can it crop a card that is not in the list?

Yes. AI Auto Detect finds the card edges and crops cards that have no profile of their own.

Is the PVC crop tool free?

The download is free and comes with a 30-day free trial. After the trial you renew inside the app by UPI.
